The scheduled maintenance has been completed, however we were unable to replace the current controller due to an unexpected issue with the new hardware. Our storage vendor is sending out another replacement and we will schedule a new maintenance window as soon as possible.

Update
This maintenance window is being extended by an hour.
A hardware defect was detected on the replacement controller, so we are currently working to add the old controller back to the cluster to restore redundancy.

In progress
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
The root cause analysis performed by the storage vendor concluded that the faulty storage controller needs to be replaced to ensure the underlying hardware issue does not occur again.
In order to perform the replacement, we will need to perform a failover of the storage cluster, which can take up to 30 seconds. There will be no data loss, and VMs will remain accessible during the maintenance window, but you may see some disk errors in your system logs while the failover takes place.
We do not anticipate any service impact, but we will be without redundancy within our storage infrastructure at times during the maintenance window.
